Have been here a year and a half. Office staff is friendly, especially Jenn, who is always available to answer any questions. I enjoy being here.

First of all, the apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is amazing especially the professionalisms. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the leasing office. All of my questions were answered with a lot of details about the apartment complex and the city.

Ive been living here for a few years now and between the office staff and maintenance, this place is great. Maintenance always come fast, doesn't matter what time of day it is. This place is also the most affordable in the area considering how close to philly you are.

3. Good lease breaking policy. You don't have to pay anything if your got transferred to another location.
4. Full security deposit will get refunded (except 75USD for carpet cleaning as mentioned in the lease agreement)
5. Flexible lease option available with just 50 and 75 extra per month for 6 & 3 months respectively.

7. Walmat and other stores (Indian grocery stores) near by
8. 10% discount to residents whose office location is nearby ( I believe it's upto 5 miles but better ask the leasing office)

I can not say enough good things about everyone here. From the staff owner and all the people who live here I needed a place asap to get my grands from foster care to adoption. The team here were so compassionate and accommodating they rushed me into the apt and in a few month's the girls and I were in a 2 bedroom. The community here is unbelievable everyone is very kind warm and loving. We all look out for each other. Oh did I mention we have a pool in our backyard and we don't have to maintain it...we all have a blast.
.Not going anywhere soon. This is why neighbors live here for 20 plus years.

Ive lived here since 2006, and there is no better place to live in Bucks county than here. Its not exactly impressive, but it is clean, quiet, safe and well maintained. The owner, Veronique, is extremely proactive in maintaining the property and takes care of any problems you have immediately. I totally recommend colonial point apartments to anybody who asks.

We were being there since 2016 and we stayed 4.2 years. We started our family and our son born there. We have too many sweet memories. Colonial point location also great, everything nearby, immediately you can enter all the Highway, US-1, PA Turnpike, US 63, street Road, Rosevelt Blvd. Ms Veronique, Ms Jennifer and other Management people are very friendly, proactive in maintaining the property and always take care of any problems immediately. In our eyes this is the best management ever. We change state from PA to Texas, thats why we moved out. And management is too good that in this Covid-19 situation, they asked us, if we want we can stay, even though our rental agreement already finished but they want to extend. Definitely we are recommending our friends and know people to stay this apartment. Every apartment having Long balcony (that is rear in other apartment complex) you can use this for too many purpose. Every year we did gardening. Our son and we enjoyed our gardening all this years, that all our great memories. Thanks to them from bottom of our heart.

I haven't moved in yet, I will be meeting with Veronica on Friday. However, I still feel the need to express how grateful I am that a woman like her exists! She has been nothing but kind, sweet and understanding! I'm not sure there are many other landlords out there like her but she has gone above and beyond in helping me with this process! Landscaping very well maintained, actually was surprised in comparison to other places I've lived. Spring and Fall here is beautiful with all the flowers they plant every year. With COVID, i've been working remotely so it's been an adjustment, I haven't had any issues with conference calls/wifi connectivity. Shout out to Veronica for making my experience great these years! I was looking for a furnished apartment and there were very limited options available in Philly and I was lucky to find one fully furnished at Colonial Point apartments

Location:
Colonial point was very close to some key outlets like Indian Grocery, Walmart, Target, Hospitals, Philadelphia mall. This was a very big advantage.

Lastly, move out process was also very smooth and they did accommodate my last minute request to extend by 2 weeks which I would be again Thankful.

Tenant parking and visitor parking is reasonable and the area feels safe. Currently live here. Its a nice cheap place too live. Maintenance is pretty quick on things that need too get done.

This is my first apartment and I couldn't of had a better experience living here. I've been here since September of last year. The location is near everything! so convenient. This place is also safe, respectful, quiet and clean. I've called maintenance maybe once regarding a small fix such as my fridge door. Id say I'm honestly sad to leave and the only reason I am is to have more space. If anyone is looking in this area and wants an affordable , safe and clean community don't hesitate to chose Colonial Point Apartments!

I'm here about 9 years so far nice and quiet well maintained they are pretty good with snow removal since I work 2nd shift I get out no problem if you have problems they send maintenance to fix it Iike it they have Comcast but if your apartment is pointed the right way not mine you can get Dish or Directtv no Fios here yet I wish it was Comcast is to expensive.

It's a very quite place, Affordable, It's located in a very convenient location, school district is the best.

The office staff is very knowledgeable and listens to you. I love the maintenance staff; always willing to help, fix, answer questions. The residents are diverse resulting in an interesting environment and we have a cute yappy dog in the building that keeps us entertained. I looked at other apartments - one which had 4 entrances on each landing and later found out they had bed bugs and another where the kitchen was so small you could not turn around. Here at Colonial point, lots of sun comes in, the balcony is great and the pool welcome in the summer.

this place is seriously one of the most affordable places you can find around the area! Not only is the rent cheap, but ALL of the utilities are included. I dont know what some of these reviews are talking about regarding drug deals, or not feeling safe, etc, but i dont see any of those things happening with as long as ive been here.

Management and maintenance are so sweet and nice. They always keeping you updated with the community and you can tell they genuinely care about their residents. Lexie and Jenn are always SO helpful and anytime i have an issue, they get it resolved the same day, or the next.

They have the most kind, beautiful and awesome staff out of an complex i've ever dealt with! They deal with things in a timely fashion and never treat their tenants without respect. 5 stars is a must!!
